It was sent with the limited US edition of 'Lest We Forget' to the first 3000 who ordered it on www.marilynmanson.com. Unlike european editions, the US DVD doesn't include (s)AINT directed by Asia Argento. Still Interscope records refused to support this video and didn't include it on the Best Of, Manson decided to release it on his own.
